Smokey-Eye w. Nude lips

My sister asked me to do a smokey eye look so here we go. Some day I promise I'll move into videos.. as for now here are ~20 photos.

Foundation:
"pure makeup" by Maybelline in Classic Ivory #2

Eyes:
Black eyeliner
Nyx matte black
Nyx matte white
grays and silvery colors from the '08 Sephora blockbuster palette (I assume any shiny grays would suffice)
Rimmel Sexy Curves mascara in black
Gel liner from Hot Topic, it doesn't have a brand.
Erase Paste in shade #1 by Benefit

Contouring:
Bareminerals pure radiance
Bareminerals mineral veil
Bareminerals "warmth" eyeshadow
High Beam by Benefit

Lips:
Mary-Kate and Ashley lipgloss "Dazed Stuperiee" I think it says? It's old.
then just black eyeshadow and clear gloss
then again with a couple reds from the 08 palette mixed with gloss.

Sorry for my terrible descriptions tonight.

Line eyes with a liner that is smudge-able. I used just a regular pencil liner.

Smudge the liner all over your lid., but not higher than your crease.

Should look something like this.

4. Apply a light silver/gray on 3/4 of eye starting on inner corner.

Apply a color that is similar to the color of you skin right above your crease. This will be used to blend the black upward.  Add black to the outer corner where the gray is not.

You will get  a lot of fall out, but it's better in this case to pat the eyeshadow on your lid rather than sweeping it on.

With a fluffy brush spread the black upward

It should come out looking close to this if you make sure to keep the inner corner light and the outer corner dark.

Add some black underneath your eye for a "sultry" addition.

Line top of eyes with either liquid or gel liner, then add black shadow over to keep it in place.

Curl lashes and add mascara. If you wear falsies, now is the time to put them on.

To finish off fill in your eyebrows! I just dyed my hair a black/brown tonight so I'm excited for darker eyebrows.

Contour cheeks by applying a powder 2 or 3 shades darker than your own skin tone BELOW your cheek bones and over your temples. When you're doing a look this dramatic it's best to keep your lips and cheeks light. I have on a nude gloss and on my cheeks is Bare Radiance along with some High Beam by Benefit. The concealer under my eyes is Erase Paste by Benefit.

If you're like me, you want to know what every look would look like with black lips.

and pink lips.
